Mitone Griffiths

Strong relationships are the cornerstone of Mitone’s work, and those relationships are the foundation of the financial clarity and confidence she provides for her clients. Mitone helps her clients identify and realize their financial goals and objectives, formulating effective strategies and creating and implementing a financial plan based on her deep understanding of her clients’ specific needs and situations. She works with successful professionals and their families and has a particular passion for working and collaborating with women.

Mitone has more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as general manager and chief compliance officer for Vantage Wealth Management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Simmons University.

Committed to serving her community, Mitone has been a member of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay since 2005, served as Rotary Club president from 2013 – 2014 and has held many district level leadership positions over the years. As a ShelterBox Ambassador, she raises funds to provide shelter for people displaced by conflict and natural disasters.

Mitone, her husband and their two daughters love living on the coast. You can find her on the coastal trail walking–or sometimes being walked by–her dog, Gracie. Mitone and her family are also avid travelers and spend their vacations exploring parts of the world that are new to them. Mitone recently started backpacking with her girlfriends.
